Our
Noxon Family
Our Noxon family is fairly small at the moment, we're
just beginning. As we go on adventures and our
family expands, we will add much to this part of the website.
For now... some pictures!
There
were getting to be too many pictures here and it was getting
annoying to scroll down all the way.
If you want to see some of the old pictures, click on
one of the links to the right under the zonkboard.

a lighter pink since it is in full bloom, it's gorgeous!

an Ume Tree (Plum Tree) just about to bloom. Hopefully
it will in the next few days.

were no pictures of these people on the site, so here
they are, they look really happy, the weirdos.

shopping in Nara City and saw these carolers, they were
pretty good.

Date:
12-01-4 : More Tests! - Graded a few more of
the Fall Semester tests today. If you read the first line
you can see "I'm bukatsu..." This is a classic
example of when they can't think of the right word they
put in the Japanese one... hehe... I used to do this in
Spanish class all the time. Bukatsu, by the way, means
"Club Activities". She was trying to write "I
am happy when I go to my club" but it just didn't
come out. Second line says "I'm sreepping new."
Got no clue on this, they were supposed to be writing
something they wanted to do. Maybe she wanted to be sleeping
now? Last line was "Yesterday is Mami's birthday..."
At first I thought that she just didn't change 'is' to
'was', but the teacher told me they were supposed to make
present-tense sentences, so this should have been "Tomorrow
is..." Tomorrow and yesterday are constantly confused
words. If you think that's crazy, try remembering kinou
(yesterday) and ashita (tomorrow), I always forget.
